Breast cancer scare symptoms

Hello I’m on the 2 week referral (referred Thursday so waiting on appointment) but wondered if people have had similar symptoms and what it ended up being?

I was itching my boob so thought i would just check and noticed a raisin kind of lump left to my nipple which doctor has confirmed (it is mobile) she also wants my other one checked as she mentioned it seemed very dense- with the one that has a lump I’ve also noticed since my nipple is swollen kind of like what it’s like when you are pregnant? Slightly purple and very veiny- blue veins (almost making it look bruised) it feels very tender (again very similar to when you’re pregnant) but not tender where the lump is more in general. Did anybody have similar symptoms and if so what did it turn out to be?

I’ve had this a few times and it turned out to be fine but it’s great to get it checked - it’s a real stress having to wait but I kept saying to myself at least if it is anything they’ve got it super early - but the chances are its not going to be anything .. but they are doing their job and getting it sorted early just on the small chance there’s something that needs looking after xx
