Nah, it looks like an age spot. I wouldn't look twice at that and I have been known to obsess about health stuff 😬

I've loads of spots like this over my body and no medical professional has said anything about them, even the specialist who dealt with my itchy mole ( also non cancerous). these an ABC for skin cancer, A is for asymmetry, B for border some cancers don't have a defined edge and C for colour, skin cancers often have different colours in them.

I'm not worried about mine but if you're worried see the doctor
