Hi
It's really important you get this information from your treating team as certain substances are contraindicated with Radiotherapy.
They usually have a patient information leaflet with it on.

Biafine was recommended to my DH by a friend who'd been having radiotherapy.

I'd wait and ask the radiographers what they say as you need to avoid some ingredients etc. When you start they may well give you something if you ask - I was given Flamigel RT by the radiographers during my (pelvic) radiotherapy.

wishing you all the best for your treatment.

Another person saying ask your team- you may not need any cream at all. My symptoms (radio to chest not breast) didn’t require any creams etc but was like heartburn on the inside of my chest area and loss of appetite and a bit of fatigue as the weeks went on (but there was a Monday to Friday daily commute and I had two young kids so this could also have been tiring in itself) so weeks 3-4 were when I noticed things but the first two weeks no side effects.

He had dream though as he had 5 sessions a week for 6 weeks the maximum dose. You may not burn in the amount of sessions you'll have op good look 💐

I’ve just finished 16 sessions of radio on my breast.
was recommended MooGoo natural skin milk udder cream, it was in a ‘gift box’ I was given at the start of radio.
unfortunately I had a severe reaction to treatment, and a week on I am still recovering.
Bit I was assured I was an extreme case so likelihood is that you’ll sail through it.
For me it was the final step of my BC journey and I wasn’t prepared for the overwhelming emotions I felt when I walked out of the hospital last Tuesday.

good luck with your treatment and be kind to yourself 🌷
