lump in neck and low Absolute Lymphocyte Count

So that's basically it, I've got a (what feels like) a large lump in the back of my neck, it's been scanned and it's a lymphnode. thing is, it's been like this for a while, its rock solid and can't be moved around. blood tests came back with a low absolute lymphocytes count. (GP hasn't rung me yet as I don't think the detailed ultrasound results have been sent yet from hospital to GP.)
should I be worried about cancer? (because I am)
I'm otherwise generally well, apart from being quite tired but that's part of life with children?!

OP, I did not want to read and not reply - please try not to worry and not read anything online until you get your results back. Waiting for test results is excruciating, but imagining the worst is only going to stress you out! Fingers crossed it will be ok.
