Support for friend

Hi everyone,

I really hope you don't mind me posting here.

I have a friend who is due to have a double mastectomy with post-surgery treatment in a few weeks. I live a distance away but really want to support - I was thinking about creating and sending a 'care box' (other suggestions are welcomed).

I was wondering whether you had any recommendations for items that are helpful/ nice after a double mastectomy that I could place in a care box, please?

I would probably send a pyjama (with buttons at the front), some fluffy socks, some take away vouchers so she can order food in, maybe a hand cream, a sleep mask, a face mask, some bio oil ( not entirely sure if she’s doing reconstruction surgery but helpful for scars once heeled), a candle, a sleep spray to put on her pillow.
