High risk cancer?

I recently had a 4cm tumour removed from my kidney and they've told me it was high risk one and I need immunotherapy. I've had a CT scan of pretty much all of my organs and get the results tomorrow. I'm terrified it's spread, I'm only 41 with 3 and 4 year old boys.

Has anyone else been told a cancer they had removed was high risk and also what can I expect after immunotherapy? I'm dreading feeling too exhausted to care for our boys whilst husband is at work

I haven't been in your position OP, but I just wanted to wish you luck and all the best for tomorrow and that you get good news.
