Could this be a melanoma?

I have an appt with a check 4 cancer nurse this Thursday and am utterly petrified. I was so snappy with the kids tonight :( Checked last June and all OK. I woke up at the weekend to this small mole on my stomach bleeding and crusting over. I wouldn’t say it’s grown however but it has changed colour. Many thanks.

You could just have snagged it on something, hence the bleeding.
