Itchy big mole.. HELP!

I’m not sure what topic to put this under so I do hope it’s ok. I have quite a lot of moles on my body but I’ve got one that’s got quite large over the years and it’s suddenly become very itchy. Does anyone with a bit of experience think this mole looks normal or I should get it checked out. It’s 13mm in size across which is another thing that worries me.

Get it checked. It might be nothing, moles can just need moisturising, but still, get it checked.

Always always get it checked. Whenever I get a mole reviewed they tell me they'd rather see me 50 times with something benign than miss a dodgy one.

That said, it looks a lot like a seborrheic keratosis. I have one that I've had for years that I assumed was a mole but recently started itching and flaking. They told me it wasn't a mole at all! Totally benign.
