Swollen lymphnode 1 year old worried

Baby has a swollen lymph node feels like a pea/bean, noticed yesterday so took him to the doctors today. The nurse said it's a reactive lymphnode absolutely normal nothing to worry about and did no tests or anything. I am worried how does she know it's normal and not lymphoma? What should I do?

You should stop worrying about it, you had it checked and it’s fine

Very common for toddlers to have swollen lymph nodes if they’ve had a virus. Maybe go back in 2-3 weeks if no change.

It’s what used to be called a swollen gland. Shows that your child’s immune system is dealing with an infection.

Baby has caught a bug and it's made a lymph node swell up, like it's meant to. Please stop worrying over this.
