Chemo and leg cramps

DH has just finished his 4th round of chemo, he's been having awful leg cramps. He's on temozolomide, 5 days every 4 weeks. We will obviously speak to his doctor after Xmas but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and has any advice or suggestions. A microwave heat pad has helped. Thanks

There are sprays for legs. I've heard spray for restless legs is good. Tiger balm?
Sending my love x

I’ve had the same through my chemo. I find ensuring I stretch helps, along with a magnesium salt bath before bed and using a long hot water bottle to help warm my legs. Also, pillows between my knees.
