If so, was the recovery really 72 hours? I am trying to anticipate time off work.
Also, if you had "red patches" did they turn out to be cancer or inflammation? Was the diathermy successful at getting rid of the patches, and how long afterwards did you have another cystoscopy?
(I recently had TURBT for a small tumour - cancer - and these red patches are present at first cystoscopy three months post-op. I suppose they could be inflammation from the mitomycin but I fear they are new cancer).
