Bag of calm

Hi
Somebody close to me has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, after a restless night I wanted to make them a bag of 'calm' for those moments when they start to panic or get dressed about their situation. I thought ili could buy small things that could occupy their mind for just five minutes to stop those shitty thoughts..
I was thinking... A jigsaw, recipe remedy (helps me) a diffuser with oils, lavender, a puzzle book, adult colouring books - do you think this is a good idea?
If yes could you please suggest some things I could include? I also wondered if anybody had come across a little book of calm type thing that includes tapping and mindfulness and breathing exercises - I don't want them to have to read a huge chapter on each just something they could grab in a moment, read and try - does such a thing exist?
Any help would be amazing.

Thank you xx

That's a lovely thought!
I have incurable but not yet terminal cancer. If someone presented me with a calm gift, I'd be made up! 😊

I love all aromatherapy oils to calm myself, plus Incense and candles.

Hopefully others will suggest more ideas ( I am rubbish at mindfulness etc! 🙈).

This person is lucky to have you ❤️
