Hello,
I have a strong family history of breast cancer and have yearly MRIs. I’ve been told I have to come back as there has been a subtle change in one of my breasts since the last MRI a year ago.
I am very worried.
I did have an ultrasound scan done 3 weeks ago for a lump in the other breast and they scanned the right breast too (the one I’ve been called back about) and they said I had lots of cysts but didn’t say any were suspicious. I know an MRI is more sensitive and the radiographer did recommend I have an MRI to be on the safe side.
Just wondered if this has happened to anyone else and if your result turned out to be ok?
