Bowel cancer

Does any one have information on the prognosis for bowel cancer? It's spread but only to one organ AFAIK.

I know it's not what you asked but I'd suggest reading Jane McElland's book How to starve cancer, lots of information in there on things one can do in conjunction with conventional treatments.
