Visable blood in urine

I'm a 35 year old female, around 6 years ago I had visable blood in urine and went to my GP and he sent me for a camera into my bladder but there was nothing to worrying, fast forward a year and half from that while I was heavily pregnant I had severe pain in my back and protein and blood in urine again and on further investigation discovered I had large kidney stones that required surgery but being pregnant i couldn't have this until after and covid hit which delayed it all, once I finally got a appointment 3 years later for a scan and blood test I found out I was pregnant again completely out the blue, which then delayed it all once again. Luckily iv not been in too much pain as before the only thing that helped with the pain was morphine and now i can use ibroprofen and paracetamol combo and it tends to ease it so pushed it to the back on my mind, anyway 2 weeks ago I had visable blood in my urine again, no sign of a UTI just protein in my water again, but this time it was accompanied by swelling in my back, and pain that radiated from my stomach to my back, loss of appetite, dizziness and noticed iv been losing weight without trying, I described this to my gp who's wizzed me through for a ct scan (tomorrow) as she said they are worrying signs has anyone ever had it and it just been kidney stones or a bad UTI or anything less worrying then cancer? I'm so nervous as I have a very very long family history of cancer every female for the last 100+ years has had cancer in my mom's side I know as far back as my great great gran had it and all unfortunately passed away from cancer. I'm going out my mind, I have 3 children all under 12 and my son is autistic, I don't know how my partner will cope if it took me too, how will my kids cope I lost my mom nearly 2 years ago and i am struggling so bad so I know what sort of effect it will have on them and I'm a adult :( please any advice will be great

If you have made kidney stones before, the most likely thing is that they are flaring up.

They are supposed to be one of the most painful things that can happen to you.

I have loin pain hematuria syndrome, matches most of your symptoms bar the weight loss, and it comes and goes in intensity.
