I can’t cope anymore I constantly think I’m dying I’ve had painful left breast for months doctor wasn’t concerned said I’ve lumpy breast I then have been getting pain at my bottom bum cheek and it’s coming up sacorma on google it’s just always som not a day goes by I don’t think about something wrong with me

Have you spoken to the Dr about your health anxiety? They should be able to support you with that. They should also do blood tests to rule out any underlying causes of anxiety (thyroid, low iron, low b12/folate etc)
Anxiety sucks, I hope you can get some sort of support to help deal with it.
