I had my last chemo today

I had my last chemo today, it's been a long five months - it isn't "over" yet as I need surgery, reconstruction, potentially radiotherapy and might be offered another five immunotherapy doses - BUT CHEMO IS OVER and I am so glad it's done with.......

And my generic results came back as negative for the cancer risk genes - so I am considered just "unlucky" I got BC - but I suppose it means I am not at any higher risk of developing other cancers and it means I haven't passed it to my children.

Now off to hibernate for a week or so (the chemo makes me insanely tired)

To anyone going through chemo still, it's doable - just keep going Flowers
