Anastrazole

Is anyone taking Anastrazole and experiencing painful joint’s especially at night . Doctors have now said blood pressure to high, is this another effect of the medication as never had issues with my blood pressure before.

This was a drug I was hoping to switch to, from letrozole ( which also gives me horrible joint aches).

You can't seem to win!

Yes I am - I was taking Letrozole but the flushes and joint pain were worse.

I am experiencing joint pain and fatigue on the Anastrozole but am putting up with it at moment to see if it gets better - am also having some blood tests as well

I've been taking Anastrozole for 2 years now and the joint pain has lessened over that time. I have high blood pressure too, but that started pre-Anastrozole. Hang on in there.

I've been taking Anastrozole for 18 months now and the joint pain has eased. I did find joint pain was worse when getting out of bed in the morning but now much easier.

Thank you every one, I will persevere.
