Hello,
my young relative has recently started chemotherapy. I’ve read that skin can become dry and sensitive so I’d like to send her a gift of
some skin care, moisturizer, lip balm etc. can anyone recommend anything? A lot of brands that I don’t recognise selling “chemo gift boxes” but want something trusted/ recommend. Also
maybe some cuticle cream ??

Moo Goo is very highly recommended by a lot of people, and some hospitals give it out for radiotherapy patients (mine didn’t). It’s on Amazon: https://amzn.to/48WLTBY

I found that my skin wouldn't tolerate anything mass produced and I was pointed to these guys - https://cyrilssoapshed.co.uk/ - by the nursing team.

For almost a year I used this for hair, skin, everything because it was the only product I could find that didn't bring me out in sore welts.

My surgeon used it too, because her hands were sore from too much hand sanitiser.

It's not the cheapest, but lasts a long time, and they do a fragrance free one.

There is a very good website called CancerPal

We found the Udderly Smooth creams very good for hands and feet.

Different treatments have different side effects.
