Practical gift for after mastectomy

A colleague who is also a good friend is having a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction soon. I would like to get her something to make her life a bit easier afterwards. I know she will be very restricted with arm movement etc. Would welcome thoughts and ideas. Thanks

Maybe not right now, but have you seen knittedknockers they do bespoke knitted inserts that are lightweight and different ones for swimming. All for free by volunteer knitters.

Unscented oil or creams for lymphatic massage, insulated cup, grocery delivery?

I had a mastectomy and found the lightweight prosthesis intolerable. Horses for courses but knitted knockers just angers me. I know other people may disagree. But the idea that a knitted boob is an adequate substitute for a breast, how? I love knitting but would never try to knit myself a breast prosthesis.
