Slipped disc or bone metastases?

I had early stage breast cancer early this year. Her negative, had two surgeries and radiotherapy and clear lymph nodes.

I’ve very recently developed a trapped nerve in my neck. I think it may be from trauma (carrying something large) but can’t be sure. No doctor I speak to thinks there could be any link but I’m concerned - dr google says spine tumors can cause my symptoms. Any experience or advice? Shall I push for an MRI and will that show what it is?

A slipped disc would be confirmed by an MRI anyway so yes I would be pushing for a scan.

Thank you both. Yes two slipped discs in my neck confirmed but nothing sinister thank god. Bloody painful though and compression is quite bad so may need surgery - a lovely cherry on top of my cancer sundae.
