Post mastectomy bra

Hi, I am one week post op on right side. I was a G cup pre operation. Still am on left breast.
I am finding that because the right side is not heavy any more, my bra keeps rising up and digs into my under arm and really hurts.
Has anyone encountered this and can offer a solution ?
I have been given a softie for now but that isn't heavy enough to stop bra rising up.

Thank you.

I also had a mastectomy from a F/G cup. I ended up in crop tops most of the time due to sensitivity but they're not very supportive when you're previously used to scaffolding-type bras!

You can get little weights to add in to Knitted Knockers, which you can get free online made by volunteers to your size. You could also try suspenders clipped on the bottom of the bra to your waistband (sometimes called "sweater suspenders). And there is a silicone prosthesis called the Boost breast form which is supposed to stay in place against the skin more than just a fabric one, yet is lightweight. I liked the sound of this but didn't get round to trying it. Hope you find a solution!
