I often get patches of dry skin (similar to yours) on my breasts. I don't have breast cancer.
But honestly, nobody here can diagnose you.
If you are worried, go to your GP.

I was just about to say what ZekeZeke said op, you're best seeing your GP if you're concerned, as they will be able to pick it up, if anything is wrong. Let us know how you get on though if you do decide to make an appointment x

Yeah Didydani I signed up for a doctor's appointment, and I will definitely let you know the results

Good luck - you are right to check it out.

ZekeZeke · 11/11/2023 19:10

Best of luck at the GP

Tilllly · 12/11/2023 02:40

When's your appointment?

Just think, if that was on your arm, would you think cancer?
It's almost certainly nothing and might've cleared up by the time your appointment comes - but definitely get it checked

Of course, I didn't want it to happen but I panicked a lot, it seems that I will go to the doctor's appointment on November 29 I like this group and I get strength from your support thank you

That's a long time to wait for something that may be serious. Did you say what you suspected when you spoke to them? I was seen on the same day when I started my breast cancer journey and went straight on the 2-week pathway - are you able to bring the appt forward do you think? Good luck

I'll try to postpone the doctor's appointment, I'm glad you mentioned it thank you ☺️

I don't even know what I'm supposed to be looking at...

As Tilllly said, if whatever I am supposed to be looking at was on your arm would you think it was cancer? No, probably not.

OP, I mean this kindly but step away from google and the internet, and make an appointment with your GP and try not to panic or even worry - the odds are decidedly in your favour this is absolutely nothing at all.

My surgery is known for long wait times for appointments but when I called and said I found something worrying in my breast I was seen the same day and since the gp couldn't rule out cancer just from looking at it/touching I was sent to the hospital for an appointment within days.
I think it's worth you ring the surgery, explain you worry it might be something serious and it's to do with your breast and they should be able to offer you a fast track appointment. Good luck! Mind turned out to be benign but it was the most stressful week of my life I never was so scared.
