Kent/ Essex/ Suffolk?

Hi
We're looking at camping very late July/ Early August.
There's me, dh, dd (7) and ds (4).
We would like a campsite near to the beach with a swimming pool, possibly evening entertainment, clean showers and toilets.
But it has to be as cheap as possible.

Two Chimneys, Kent. Near to Thanet sandy beaches. Small pool. Small bar/club. Clean showers etc. When we went it was cheap!

Thanks I've e-mailed them for prices. How far was it to the beach?
And yes, UK. Kent, Essex or Suffolk idealy.

I know a wonderful campsite on the beach in Kent with lovely showers and loos, but no pool and no entertainment - sorry!

It's lovely. One summer when we ere rich we put our tent up there in July and left it there all summer. We only live 20ish miles away and we used it like a beach hut. If you go get in touch with me first and ~I'll tell you the best pitches!

We stayed at the Strangers Home Inn in Essex and went to Frinton beach - flat field, pub food was good (children had HUGE bowls of icecream and want to go back...). Frinton beach is sandy (but i think disappears at high tide), no shops really, but has toilets.

No mybabywakesupsinging (fab name, but the way!) it's Folkestone Warren we love. Black Horse doesn't like us because we have an unconverted camper van as well as our tent - they only like vans that have kitchens it!
