Blackout tent

Has anyone tried this blackout tent. I was thinking of getting it to put inside my DCs pod for them to sleep in. I was concerned that the poles might tear the groundsheet.

I don't know much about blackout tents but have heard they get very hot and it's hard to see inside them!

Apparently space blankets work better but I've never tried it.

Am I right in thinking you would put the tent, inside another tent though?

You could always put some pads on the bottom of the poles.

Yes, navyeyelasH, the idea was to put that tent inside our family tent for the children to sleep in.
