Not sure if I have any tips (well, just don't break down on the motorway on the way back to the ferry then find out your breakdown cover isn't valid like us) but have a great time!!

The shop is very expensive and we struggled to find a large hypermarket type one nearby. There is a supermarket in the centre of Waasannaar (I think!) which was good but check opening times!

We went at Easter two years ago and it was freezing but that was in a grotty old Eurocamp caravan!

The park itself is fab - there's just so much to do and even the swings and slides will keep them occupied for ages. If you are driving then def take bikes or scooters for the kids.

Have fun - we'll definitely go back one day!

don't leave a carrier bag with a few chips in it outside your caravan

you will see it mooooving around later on, then it will slowly dawn on you that there is a hedgehog inside

We were there for the snowy easter 2 years ago and for 2 weeks last august. Best tips that i can come up with

take a couple of really cheap fleece blankets with you. Then they kids will slide much faster down the big bumpy slide and the tube at the play park.

Don't forget armbands as they are very strict on the children wearing them if under the height limit

nearest decent supermarket is the c1000 in the centre of wassenar. the shop on site is ok for bread first thing but very expensive for everything else.

The bagel deli place in the centre of wassenar has free wifi

We didn't do much in the way of days out but the beach as schveingen (spelling) has a long pier to walk along and a good beach.

Bike hire is pricey on site - take your own if you can. The local cycling is amazing.

The sandy playparks are open after the theme park closes to everyone staying on site. They were fab and we used to just sit on a bench with a cup of coffee or wine while the kids played.
