Advice For first Time tourers - nice site wanted!

Ok, we now have a touring caravan and are looking for somewhere to go at easter, only got small van but would like somewhere not TOO far from manchester area (though not too close either lol)

We are not bothered about entertainment etc in fact would rather not have it, access to beach or nice walks etc would be good.

If anyone can give possibilities please?

Conwy Touring Park is nice.

If you join the caravan club you could try the southport one. Its lovely and clean. No other facilities but theres a park behind it and the beach is more or less across the road. Its walking distance to centre of southport too.

Forgot to say, its showing unavailable for easter at the moment but with caravan club you can pre-book without paying a deposit, so lots of people book way in advance but dont end up going. We have always got a cancellation 1-2 days beforehand.
