The western coast of Jutland is beautiful, with huge windswept beaches and Legoland and other attractions nearby. I haven't camped there since I was a child but we had fab holidays there then and I still go there regularly to see family. There are lots of fab camp sites around there. North Jutland is also supposed to be beautiful - it inspired lots of famous painters because of the light and landscape. Generally Scandinavian campsites tend to cater well for kids, so have look around and I'm sure you'll find something good.
