but this is the only weekend we're having together this year. the only weekend we could go away.

Nope, we just packed up and came home, were supposed to be there until Saturday . Really don't know how the tent was still up this morning!

Oh Lordy, I KNOW! We're going to dorset for a week from sat. And we were washed out in Cornwall last yr and thought "it can't happen again". But clearly it can. Only consolation is that the weather has been v changeable so at least you do get sun between the monsoon showers.

Really is the only weekend this summer when we can go away. If we saty at home I will be extra grumpy.

Well the metcheck forecast for where we'regoing has changed since last night (worse on sat but betteron sun) so I would leave the decision til late thu and then you'll have a better idea of what you're facing.
