pre dd we would hike up mountains and stuff now we go to tea rooms, bbq and of course drink beer.

To make it worse, we go with people who still hike up mountains, so they need huge calorific dinners afterwards.

Me three, although tbh we never hiked

we burnt all our calories with the energetic love making

It's the biscuits that are my downfall. I hardly ever eat biscuits at home, but there is something special about a cup of tea and a nice bourbon biscuit out in the fresh air.

It's those thermarests you lot have as well. DH used to burn up lots of calories pumping up the airbed (twice some nights), but I foolishly allowed him to buy an electric pump.

i sleep in a campervan now so the only effort required between biscuit eating is folding down teh seats.

maybe try not to buy biscuits, its hard i know, or try to get out and power walk while DH/DP takes care of kids.
