Aldi Self-Inflating Mat

I fear that I may have damaged my new Aldi mat as I have unscrewed the cap and taken it off.

Just realised the instructions say do NOT take the cap completely off.

Help! Is it likely to not work properly now? I've only used it once and am asking incase I need to make a mad dash to buy another one.

No.. one of ours came off once too
I just put it back on ...it was fine
Try it out and inflate and then lay on it and see if any air comes out to check before you go
