Camping recipes please

Easy dishes, one pot or not not much prep would be great. At the moment I have one ring stove and no cold storage [except for a cool box.]

we are in the same boat, we cook on a trangia one pot stove..

sometimes we do veggie pasta = cook the veg, then put in some passatta, add fresh pasta for the last few minutes.

or a chilli (veggie or beef) served in fajitas.

we only have a cool box too, so if we have been out for the day or whatever we pick up meat etc. on way home.

hope some other people post, so i can nick their ideas too as i'm getting fed up of my limited range of camp cooking!

Pot noodles

Boil some peas/carrots etc in water then add some instant noodles. Drain water and serve with a can of tuna.

(nb these may not be things you'd want to eat but dp used to do this on fishing trips and they work with one ring!)

Corned beef hash.
