here

I know someone who's dead keen, goes every year but he is a bit of a jazz fan and we don't know him well enough to butt into his group of mates!

We'd have to camp though I'd prefer to camper-van IF we had one as the DCs are 8 and 10 thus perhaps still need their sleep. Sure it wouldn't be the disaster Glasto might be with noise and endless disruption but still!

I have never been, but know quite a lot ofpeople who go with DCs of various ages, and am assured it's very family-friendly.

Though no Leonard Cohen to lure me there this year...

Ooh I want to go.

Rokia Traoré is playing Sat night.

Have never been to a festival before though, let alone with DC (4 and 2).

Will go and read the tips on the other festival thread.

faraday are you going then?

I'm still working on DH but they have caravans to rent for about £250 which might sway him - he's worried about the weather.

HaventSleptForAYear · 04/05/2009 12:44

We've booked!! I can't believe DH has agreed but the caravan swung it for him.

If you can't afford the caravan you can always come and hide in ours/use our fridge!

Let me know if you are going.
