Hay-on-Wye camping

Now here is a question for those familiar with the Hay-on-Wye area....

We used to stay in a field behind a pub/restaurant near Hay-on-Wye, it was called the Burnt Barn I think. I know it changed its name ages ago and has maybe turned into a proper campsite. I do remember it had a stream/river at the bottom of the field.

I just wondered if anyone knew what it was called now? Could it be Hollybush?

Whereabouts in Hay? I've stayed at www.hay-on-wye.co.uk/radnorsend/ which is just over the river going out towards the begwyns, top of hill right hand side. Lovely little campsite, booking highly recommended-check your dates before you go, incase you clash with the hay literary festival. Within walking distance of Hay. Also stayed at www.bhhhp.co.uk/, but it's further out-certainly not within easy walking distance, esp after night in pub . The hollybush sounds like the one your thinking of-back of a pub-give them a ring/ tourist info in Hay a ring.

Oh thanks for replying, I had sort of given up!

I will have a look at those links as we are planning some weekend camping trips.
