Camping shows?

Thanks for all your help so far, we are getting further along and have found some nice campsites, no booking yet but we are getting there.
Our next issue is the tents, I like all your suggestions and could happily spend lots on them but due to his previous mountain experience DH wants something like this . I think we need to settle it by going to a camping show, I've seen you all mention them on here, but where are they? How do you find them? We are just south of London. Any suggestions?

Nanny L's talking about the second one down We've visited it several years running and have purchased from there too. Very good prices, we couldn't match it on the internet. Lots out on show (vango, coleman, sunncamp etc) Go early on, as last year friends of ours left it till the last couple of days, by then it was bogged out and they couldn't go in many of the tents to get a proper feel of them.

We found out about it thanks to an advert in our local paper so keep an eye on that
