Wind up lantern

I bought one of these today, with an LED light. Am very excited

I need to get a life.....

i also have jst bought one, i think they are mad... 1 min winding for 20 mins light you cant go wrong.

ours is pretty (Orla Keirly ?? print), but quite useless! Takes ages to wind op to get a decent light and fades quickly, also has a blue light which isn't very kind on the eye or cosy, can't read by it. Only half decent if I charge via the car cigaret lighter en route. Sorry to put a dampner on things, we'll be buying another type in next season.

Kids love the wind up torches (and wind up phone chargers), but we use a battery lantern for main light.

Those Headtorches are fab too!
