So, have decided with friends that we will all try camping with the children next year (mine will be 3 yo, theirs 2.5).

As a first pass, we'd like to do a weekend in June thats not too far away from home so that we can all just chill about it.

And as I like to think about things, any recs for somewhere to camp, pref on a farm ?

I can reccommend Lincoln Farm Park in stanlake, oxfordshire. I have been there twice now. Last time was a few months ago with a 4 year old and 2.5 year old.. They have a nice playground with a climbing frame for little ones and another for bigger children..(both of mine went on big one) They also have 2 indoor swimming pools for an extra cost(though not tried them yet) They also have a playing field... There is a little area where there are a few rabbits and chickens.. And the Toilets/ Showers are very clean and there is plenty of room for changing in the cubicles.

We're going here this weekend. Supposed to be good from the reviews and not too far from our home either. We'll see

We just got back from there - see my other thread! Good site, if a bit busy, but my DDs really liked it and want to go back.
