Anyone caped in Ile de Re in France?

Thinking of France fir next year. Heard here is v nice, any recommendations?

bumping, because I'd like to go there too!

Haven't camped there, but it is a gorgeous place to go. Easy to get around, cycling is easy peasy (all flat mostly traffic free) and you can hire bikes/tag-alongs and chariots just about anywhere.

Child friendly in a very French way if you see what I mean. V. understated glamorous in parts, quite laid back, but expensive.
