New pole for old tent

Highly specific question... I've just spent a frustrating hour trying to purchase a new porch pole for an ancient Vango Delta 200. Searching seems to throw up that it's a 2001-2005 model. I've contacted Vango but it's all webforms now, whereas in the past I'm sure I've been able to phone them and talk to someone helpful.

Is my only option to buy a generic fibreglass pole, cut to length and then rethread? I'll do that if I have to, but would prefer the lazy option of just buying a new pole set. Thank you camping MNers

I had to do this recently and was similarly frustrated. Ended up doing exactly as you suggest and cutting one down to size.

Is this it? I bought a spare pole for my Avington from here.

Sadly not, we think it's really old, seems to be a 2001-2005 model.
