My 18 month old ds has grown out of his Grobag. What should I buy him now? the junior ranges seem huge but the baby sleeping bags too small. I like the idea of a 'proper' sleeping bag rather than a grobag x

Buy an ordinary junior sleeping bag then fold the bottom under and sew it down to make it the right legnth. Then you can expand it as your child grows.

fold it over with clothes pegs

outwell dinosaur kids one is nice, but my boys love their milets- and if you're poncetastic the cath kidston boys one is in their clearance range for £30 iirc

DD has a readybed. I used to put her in fleecy sleepsuits and now put her in fleecy PJs.

And how the hell do you remember your nickname each time you log in?

If you buy Slumbersac versions they fold up at the bottom (press studs) for 2 year olds then you can let it down for 3 year olds.
dd (2.3) has one and it fits really well
Must be a nightmare typing in your nickname!

SurferMum- fleecy pjs....where from? DD (3) could really do with some for camping and the winter. Thanks!

Good old Primark. Her last set cost me a quid in the sale!

I use the footmuff from the buggy as a sleeping bag - it's the perfect size for a toddler.
