Lightweight, fold small, robust and not easily breakable but not madly expensive.

P.S they can be quite low, not full height.

I have this one from Alpkit - it folds up really small and is very lightweight https://alpkit.com/products/vagabond-camping-chair They do an insulated cover as well for a bit of extra warmth.
