Help with SIM’s

Hi,
I am looking for a SIM (self inflating mattress). Does anyone have the Hi Gear Composure 7.5 in both single and double. Are they comfy/warm straight on the floor?

I don’t want to spend a fortune but want it to last. We are trying it on the floor first, then might end up buying the decathlon bases if we like camping!

7.5cm on the floor might be quite cold. We have 10cm but have them on the inflatable bed frames from decathlon. I’m pretty sure they’re now doing a 12mm one for about £149. (Double).

SIMS are inherently insulating from the floor , unlike air beds.

I never found even my 2.5 Cm SIM cold, let alone my later 7.5 Cm.

We did have a double SIM once: way too difficult to roll up.

I don’t know the model you have named, but the ones with cyclone valves are good, the valve lets air out but not in so makes rolling it up so much easier.
