Pop ups recommendation

Hi,
Looking for a recommendation for a pop up tent, or maybe an inflatable one.
I’ve a lot of experience wild camping/hiking from my pre-motherhood days, but all at sea with pop ups! I’m a single parent with children aged 4, 3 and 1. Looking for something for campsites and festivals in warmer months in the UK for may be for up to 20 days camping a year. Want it to last a few years, but it need not be my forever tent. Ideally there would be a porch/awning/similar, but only want one sleeping area. Not bothered about height/standing room at all.
Needs to be super easy to put up and pick away. (I’m experienced with tents, but my kids will just get in the way – this is the most important factor). I think ideally a 5-6 person tent to last and give us a bit more space.
Happy to spend a few hundred pounds for the perfect tent.

Space to stand up, you’d fit you all in plus luggage without feeling super cramped. There is a 6 man version, a friend has it and says it’s as easy to put up as mine.
