An alternative to Eweleaze

We are looking for an alternative site to eweleaze (as it isn't allowing regular camping this year).

There are lots of us some with tents and others that would usually hire the bell tents. I think our preference would be to be near the sea. Any decent recommendations?

It’s not the same mad boden filled / dc dropping credit cards all over the place experience that Eweleaze is, but Petruth Paddocks near cheddar gorge is a lovely chilled site with good facilities and allows campfires etc.

You might also like Blackberry Wood in Sussex - very glamping.

Heaven Farm has bell tent hire and regular camping too. Very family friendly.

Did anyone else have any other suggestions - really struggling to find anyone for large group and similar ethos to Eweleaze. So easy there with kids from 4-17 and lots of seasoned and unseasoned campers.

We ended up booking eweleaze - there is short lake farm which is next door?

Also Wowo - we contacted them and they can accommodate large groups.
