We are - near Rutland water. I just wish I knew if its really going to rain or not. Metcheck and the BBC have conflicting forcasts. Grrrrr.

Well the tents on the lawn in the garden but the kids are all upstairs in bed now. All fled indoors at the first clap of thunder!! the wimps!!

Weather was quite good really, bit of drizzle every now and then. Was warmer than I thought as well.

We have just got back from Scotland and it was fantastic! bit of drizzle yesterday but glorious for the rest of the time, spent this mornng watching red squirrels feeding and siskins (teeny little birds), sitting in the sunshine drinking coffee so I now have a pink nose!

Off to west wittering in a couple of hours. Scotts farm - no marked pitches or extra charges for having a huge 12 man tent
