Robens Klondike - worth getting?

The polycotton one. I've been eyeing it up for about 12 months now. The weight puts me off though. And how easy is it to dry?

Would be grateful for opinions/ experiences.

We have a Robens and pretty sure its klondike ( its a 4m bell one) its great. It has been much more durable and easy to use than our previous bell tent that wasn't poly cotton..
Yes its heavy but marginal compared to old bell and the better quality, longevity, durability more than compensates. Good luck!

Thanks @Mammyinthehut, it sounds like the same one. I think I'll have to just go for it!

We've had a Klondike Grande for a few years and it's been absolutely great.

A few of our camping friends have standard canvas bell tents. Ours is no heavier, and may be lighter, even though it's quite a bit bigger (when put up it is huge). It's really simple to put up and take down and it doesn't generally take too long to dry out. There are also a number of nice little features that it has that aren't in most bell tents I've seen.

Just bought a Robens Klondike S. The small one. RRP £860. Shop around! That was on the official site and even they have £85 off at the moment. In the end I got in for £525 with the footprint(£93) thrown in for free.
