Show me your caravan

I’ve just bought a caravan. It’s my project, my bolthole and my home-from-home when I’m working away overnight. Show me your bunting and fairy lights, your kitsch and your unbreakable glassware. What’s your favourite thing? Your best buy? What outside seating do you have? Outdoor rugs? What have I not even thought of yet?

The children and DH will be allowed too, but DH has his motorbike and his shed so the caravan is mine to make my own.

However you dress it up inside (you talk of fairy lights & kitsch) and outside (awning, chairs, table etc) don't forget that this all needs to be packed away when travelling.
The outside stuff is fine (if bulky) but the inside niknaks may not take kindly to bumping around so it will either need to be securely fixed or just draped around and easily packed away.

You say it is a project so not new?
You can transform the interior with things like stick-on tiles, vinyl wrapping cupboards etc.

We Moho and I have to admit we add nothing other than colourful throws & cushions. We certainly don't want to fix anything to the walls or have things dangling but I know many do.
Outside we have a large waterproof awning rug (boring grey I'm afraid) although any waterproof patio rug would do and these can be very colourful.
