Handheld fan?

Hi all,
Any recommendations for the best hand held fans? I think battery power instead of chargeable is safer in the heat?
any advice welcome, thanks!

Not handheld but I adore my neck fan. It's easy to use and I can have it round my neck whilst doing housework (or sitting on a campsite drinking wine)! I got mine from Amazon.
