Hi there,
My son has been complaining of pain when carrying his vango rucksack whilst on bronze dofe. Any ideas? Is anyone else having the same problem? Is there another rucksack that does not hurt. Kindly advise.

Was it properly fitted by a professional at an outdoor/camping shop? It shouldn’t be hurting his back as the majority of the weight should be sitting on the hip straps

Was it properly fitted?

Was he wearing the hip and chest straps?

What weight was he carrying?

Was it packed correctly in terms of weight distribution?

And where specifically was he in pain?

Echo what goldenretrievermum5 says, DS has back problems and his vango one was fine with proper adjustment as the weight is on the hips.
Also make sure he's only taking what is necessary and the team are distributing kit fairly - ie he's not carrying the whole tent.
