Need sleep solutions!

We are getting back into camping and want to start going more regularly.

Currently I have a double inflatable mattress and a double sleeping bag to myself and our first trip last year was largely fine. Have come home yesterday though from our first trip of 2024 feeling like I've been run over! I am in so much pain with my hips, lower back and neck.

There has to be a better transportable, softer sleep solution out there.

That looks like a mattress topper? Would that go on top of my airbed?
